'Should I have double cuffs on my linen shirt or should I have button cuffs as it is for my holiday?'

Mr Tabbs: Well Nick, if it is for your holiday it is pretty much down to how you wish to wear your shirt. If you are planning to wear your Barrington Ayre linen shirt out at a fine restaurant with a jacket I would always advise double cuffs. Also a double cuff is far more versatile than a single button cuff so I would suggest a double cuff. I hope that helps.

'Dear Mr Tabbs, I am a fuller shaped fellow. Should I be going for stripes or plain colours when choosing my fabric?'

Mr Tabbs: Afternoon Ben. If you are a fuller gentleman I would certainly suggest plain colours as stripes will excentuate your curves.

Message from: Adam Mallins

'I am working away filming in the next few weeks abroad in Latin America and have to look smart but don't want to be too hot and sweaty in my shirts. What do you suggest?

Mr Tabbs: Well Adam, our new range of Acorn Fabrics have some beautifully light and airy linen fabric that would be perfect for the tropical heat of latin America.

Message from Harry Aitken-Berry

Good afternoon Mr Tabbs. I am trying to find something slightly different with which to make my bespoke shirts special but also show my support ot my old school after playing for the old boys rugby team. What do you suggest?

Hi Harry. Have you thought about having your old school colours underneath your collar & cuffs of your shirt? We can pop the fabric under the collars & cuffs so that not only does your bespoke shirt fit beautifully you will also be able to show your support to your old school.
