Chest Size
what is your normal jacket chest side? you can measure yourself under your armpits and across your nipples. Make sure that you can fit 2 fingers in underneath the tape measure when doing this

Measure from the top of where you will be wearing the trousers to the bottom of the trouser
Inside leg
Measure from your crotch to the end of the trouser on the inside of your leg
