1. Lightweight Panama / Plain Weave Worsted - 9/10 oz - 260/280 grams

Made from 100% pure new wool, this is the modern day 'Panama' cloth, ideal for wear through spring & summer. Its plain weave construction affords a hydroscopic quailty, allowing the wearer to remain comfortable even on the hottest days. The actual sett of the cloth and the up twist to the yarn ensure garments retain their shape & crease shedding properties over long periods of time.

The use of English spun yarn & employing the highest standards of English weaving & finishing allow Barrington Ayre to present these durable yet lightweight, high performing fabrics in a focussed range of elegant & classic designs.

2. Mid-weight - business suitings - 12 oz - 320/340 grams

A classic in every respect! woven in England using high specification English yarns in a conventional 2/2 twill & employing the latest finishing techniques, this cloth has a real integrity. The distinctive matt finish & weight produces a flattering & elegant drape. Having a typical English handle these traditional, medium weight, cloths are highly durable & will remain functional even under the heaviset work wear conditions.

3. Formalwear - multiweight
